Your coach builds a program around your schedule, your experience, and your equipment access.
Sessions get logged and adjusted as you progress — nothing static, nothing generic.
One-on-one coaching, minimum two days a week.

Placeholder bio — details coming soon. Sabrina works with personal training clients one-on-one.
My goal is to help every client find their most balanced version of happy and healthy — training that fits your body's mechanics, your goals, and your life, while supporting your mental health along the way.
I hold certifications through NASM (Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching), NCCB Physical Therapy Aide, and MBEC Massage Therapy, along with a B.S. in Health Science from Purdue University. I've worked with clients from age 10 to 75+, including athletes, people recovering from injury or surgery, and clients managing health conditions — offering one-on-one and duo training as well as assisted stretching.
Just a conversation about what you're training for — no pressure to sign up on the spot.
